i have a friend who has been struggling with her health for a few years now - mostly internal kinds of problems, sleep apnea, and now multiple bruising on her legs -- She has not tried the alternative route yet. I was going to sign up with her at the yoga cafe, but I had read from someone on this sight that they were unhappy with the Yoga Cafe in Shoreline. I was wondering if any of you had suggestions for the Shoreline/Edmonds area. Thanks.

Well, I am nearby but not near enough. My default position is to look for an Iyengar centre. I don't know that we have any members in the area but zoebird was out west at Thanksgiving and may have an idea for you. good luck!
