Subject: Last Night's Class


My current course of Iyengar classes came to and end last night. It was great. We did a lot of partner yoga last night and I feel like I now know where they got the idea for the rack from

Bridge was amazing with two fellow students stretching you. I now just need to find a couple of willing lads to aid my home practise !

Feel very energised today.

Nothing like partner yoga when you know the folks involved and you're comfy with them. I'm sure you can find any number of willing blokes to pull, push and prod you fi.

I don't actually know my class mates much yet (though this class does socialise a heck of a lot more than my Sivananda class.... must be something to do with the over-crowded class room ). I think it's more our teacher.... you really don't get time to even think about finding things uncomfortable with her calling out to tighten, lift, work x, etc

Come to think of it, you should probably not mention the rope at all.
