I have breast cancer. I have seen many doctors. They can't cure me. My friend give me a yoga's url. He say I can treat sickness myself by yoga, and I needn't medicine and doctor. I see the web. Now I have do yoga's exercise for three months and feel my breast cancer don't pain again. If you have the same illness as me. You may try to practise yoga. The web is http://www.redrival.com/yoga2

Sorry for your affliction kee although glad you're successfully fighting; however, I expect that this is spam to direct folk to the Eastern Yoga Treatment Center so I offer caveat emptor.

Thanks for posting something altogether more measured and circumspect than I was thinking, Bruce (rhymes with row-locks)

Yoga and Breast Cancer. Ha ha ha. That is one of the siddhis not mentioned in Patanjali Yoga Sutras.

You know Fiona, I almost deleted the original posting or notified Piel BUT, it could be sincere and it wasn't obnoxious. A year ago, I'd have pushed delete without thinking about it. And Beloved Brother Neel, I don't know if I ever mentioned, When after one yoga session I had full range of motion restored to a shoulder that hurt for years, I'd have never believed it. I do know I don't immediately cast stones at things I don't believe in any more--good gief...could I really be becoming a yogi??? SOOOO---HHHAAAAMMMMM

This is why I didn't answer :-) I'm all for non-traditional therepies as part of an overall package of care for someone with cancer or other life threatening disease. I get seriously alarmed however when someone seems to be promoting such, on its own, as THE answer due to having heard one too many 'death by con-man' type tales.

*Best Brit accent* Something unprintable starting with b and usually exclaimed when an Englishman's confronted with something he considers ludicrous.

Oh I know! I know! That "B" word.

That's funny, buttercup was my second guess.

Another saying I hear during my beloved British movies is FFS. That's my ultimate favorite. One movie (forgot which one) I lost track how many times ffs was said. Apparently, there were some pretty heated discussions in that movie.

People that claim to cure this and that are dangerous. I had to switch Bikram yoga studios b/c the owner (of the bad studio) said she's cured cancer in her studio. Other people's cancer.

Is there no end to their evil, FFS?!?

Fifi, Glad you're astute enough to recognize that only Bikram hisself is capable of curing cancer--the nerve of those wanna-bes.

Love FFS myself. You can really get some venom behind that one

The F word's pretty much reached pandemic status her in the UK. In fact, I have my suspitions that we do it deliberately just to see the shocked faces of American tourists

I'm amazed the censor dooberry here actually allowed you to get away with that one, Bad Guy Had a few bosses like that myself.
