| I've taken a look at the Iyengar stuff in the shop here but have come to the conclusion I haven't a clue which would be the best for me to buy. I am a newbie as far as Iyengar goes but do have two year's Bihar School of yoga experience. I'm looking for something that will take me through a full body work-out. Any advice pathetically gratefully received.

| If you Brits get the Gaiam videos, Suzanne Deason and Patricial Walden are Iyengar trained and have DVD's available. |

If you are particular about Iyengar Style, I suggest the following:
send an email or mail to Senior Iyengar Teachers (this information you can easily find), and ask them the question exactly what you asked in the original post.

| Thanks for the input. I've just spoken to an Iyengar teacher locally who's preapred to let me join class a week late. I asked about the DVDs as I find them useful for home practise until I have a routine memorised.
