Subject: Abdominal Massage and enzymes

I didn't want to go off on too much of a tangent on the Spleen-diet thread but I thought about this information if anyone was interested:

I was thinking of abdominal massage and then I thought of a book I have by Mantak Chia He's touted as the supreme source of info of Qi Nei Tsang - Chinese abdominal massage. He's got a website and some books out there. He's super big into Qi Gong, too. (I've always prefered yoga to Qi Gong/Tai Qi).

I'm not a big fan of internet info but another acupuncturist from LA (as if that's a stamp of approval) who turned me onto systemic enzymes. VitalZyme is the name of the brand. I don't sell it; I think it can get multilevel evil but it's a good product. The ND who created VitalZyme created it for his wife who has MS. A side effect of MS is internal scarring. Dr. Wong (ND) claims that his blend of systemic enzymes helps to cut down on sclerosis (or scarring). Dr. Wong also says as we age our organs and blood tend to harden up with sclerosis.

If anyone has had experience with VitalZYme I'd be interested in their input~
