It always feels better when someone else massages you with their mind.

You can use your mind and breath to relax your body, YogaGirl. I like it when someone else massages me with their hands. It always feel better to me when someone else does it.

Humming massages your brain. Try it. Have you ever chanted 'om'? Try it.

If you remember to take full/deep, slow breaths the next time you're at the doctor's office (or dentist's office) the experience won't seem so bad. That is, unless you enjoy going to the doctor or dentist.

Massage is a "hands-on" treatment in which a therapist manipulates muscles and other soft tissues of the body to improve health. Massage therapy is a systematic manipulation of the soft and connective tissue for the purpose of normalizing them.
