Are you a massage therapist, or just looking for general info? I don't know what a neuro attack is, but I can try to help a little.

One thing that's important, especially for massage therapists, is to take good care of your hands. Be careful opening stuck jar tops, don't lift things that are too heavy for you to lift, etc. Self massage, or seeing another massage therapist could be a great help to you! If you see a massage therapist on a regular basis, he/she could give you instruction on how to do self massage between appointments. You could also talk to your doctor about a referral to a physical therapist, who can guide you through some strength training.
