Subject: birth colntroll


I'm just currious about what sort of birthcontroll people use as many (well most) of them contain chemicals not good for the body.

as I am no expert at all PLEASE make suggestions on imporvements on the poll. (it is my first one)

I'm a little slow...but I just got the "computer" option. Its so funny 'cause its true!

In addition to the computer...I am on the pill and have been for over 5 years. I've been off the pill and feel like I am more harmonal without them than with. However, its not been more than a few months at a time. I do ponder the risks and the harm that it might be causing my body, but I am on a low-dose pill and the freedom and peace of mind is big for me. Its also helps with my PMS symptons, which can get pretty scary at times.

is computer and Ferility Awareness Method the same? I didn't remember the "cientific" name on computer, but assumed that people got it, but maybe it could be mistaken with something else?
I just started using it as I got big bi-effects from lowdose pill!

Ooops...I thought "computer" was a joke....as in you spend so much time on the computer that you don't "get busy" and thus don't have to worry about getting pregnant.

FAM isn't a computer program, but there is one called Ovusoft that you can buy to help you keep your chart. If you're interested in learning more I'd suggest Toni Weschler's book Taking Charge of your Fertility.
