Subject: cranial sacral energy work

Any thoughts on this form of work. I have been having cs work for my hip/back pain. Does it work? Must be, after my session it is the only night I sleep fully. Feels most like a deep trance for me, deltal wave stuff.

What are your experiences?

I do craniosacral therapy - it can applied to any medical condition. If it helps you - try it on a regular basis
