Subject: cramping during footwork

I received my first "head to toe" massage yesterday and it felt great. My only problem during the massage was that the sole of my foot cramped when my therapist initially began massaging and cracking my toes. She claimed this is normal, but was wondering if it happened to other members.

Yes, I think that is pretty common. Some people seem to cramp much more easily and especially in the feet. If the therapist worked head to toe you probably sent all your little tensions down there to "save" them As long as you uncramped, you should be ok. Definitely not a reason to not go back for another one, right? Lucky you to have such a nice treat. And Welcome!
