Hi to all, I just joined this site in the hope that I'll be enlightened with my questions about Yoga (of course). Hope I'll be welcomed here.

By the way, I'm interested into enrolling yoga class but it seems there's different types of yoga. I did my research about Yoga in Japan but it seems I can't find one here in Fukuoka. I live within the city, so I think there must be some classes being offerred. Can you recommend one please.

there is a certified iyengar teacher in fukuoka. you can find her details on the iyengar website:
