Hi All,
Guess what? I'm new here, and new to yoga, I'm guessing you have never seen these words before!

Okay, I read somewhere there is a daily Dozen, what is this referring to? Poses?

"Daily Dozen" refers to the variations of sun salutation that have 12 steps to them. Many people do sun salutations/surya namaskar on a daily basis, hence the term.

Sara Ivanhoe in her Yoga for Dummies Basic Workout, and Beyond Yoga for Dummies Basic Workout has 12 poses on each DVD/Tape She calls those a daily dozen as well.
