Subject: Experience with Kundalini yoga

Hi...Some friends and I did a Kundalini class as part of a gift from our job. Each one of us upon this first encounter had a great effect. One person has a healing seem to begin of his soriosis (spelling :roll: ). His cousin who was also part of the group had a chronic back problem that seems to have cleared up and its three months since our class. I have a bad cold at the time and I felt well with no stuffiness, my sore thoart was gone. The three others of our group said they felt engergized and one of them said that there was positive effect on a sexual problem he'd been to the doctor for month earlier with little effect or hope.

This was just a by chance class that we took...none of us are totally new to yoga but none of us ever did Kundalini and we were fortunate to have a good instructor who was not pushy or unsafe. However, I am wondering about your experiences with Kundalini yoga...especially from those who have been doing it for a while.
