Subject: simple yoga excersise for lymphodema

Hi i incorporate the breathing i did years ago with my massage for lymphodema and simple strtches I have primary lymphedema this causes huge swelling of the limbs.
due to the emmune usually not developing in the womb, basically the emmune fluid you produce everyday goes into the tissue of the affected limbs building up many doctors misdiagnose this. the only way to remove the fluid is my MLD this is a very gentle massage. then the wearing of pressuer stockings, and bandaging nightly with several layers.

It cannot be cured. Excersise must be low impact. but unfortunately many of us have weight problems, mobility problems, i have great difficulty walking any distance
so im asking if anyone can suggest, light yoga excersise for us
Secondary lymphedema is usually caused thru surgery (ie mastectomythis lyphedema can then develop in the arms) So the excersises and posture, need to take this into consideration
id love some advice maybe point us in the right dictrection?
