Subject: kundalini studies in india

i am going to india to study yoga, philosophy, mysticism, and life. i don't know where i am going though- or who i am studying with. do you have any advice? i would appreciate it!!!!

I just got back from doing the Kundalini yoga teacher training in Anandpursahib at Yogi Bhajans home with the 3HO foundation. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Utterly amazing.

You want advice, the worst of all vices? My suggestion is:

To do what you are planning, you should spend minimum 6 months in India, and probably 2 years.
