I don't want to use no medicine for to have my baby I want to use yoga . I want to have my babay naturally is there any one that can help

Bearing and delviering a baby is going on for millions of years. It itself is totally natural. If you lead a simple life, take rest, relax, eat good food, take sunshine, keep happy face, and take sufficient activity such as a walk,
