| My eyes are so irriated from years of computer usage that I can't see pure colors anymore, even when my eyes are shut; there are always white or red specks across my whole field of vision. It is expecially obvious when I turn off the lights at night and, instead of the dark, all I see are white specks everywhere.
I recall reading a letter on the yoga journal site months ago that addressed this problem, suggested a few poses to combat it, and also offered palm massage of the eyes. I can't remember the details of this or find it again, so could someone out there please help me with this problem? I have been trying the palm massage of my eyes, but to ill effect. Perhaps I am doing it wrong?
Thank You. |

| I've been sitting in front of a computer scope since 1976--day in/day out, in windowless security rooms, aboard aircraft taking groundfire, in jungles and in the arctic--I don't have that problem and while you didn't ask Dave, please see an eye doctor and get that checked. |

| Dear Original Questioner: You have to work with an experienced teacher and health practitioner for a considerable time to resolve this issue. I wish you all the best.
