I shall be sending email to the original questioner as he/she has requested in the original message. But, just for the board: Kundalini Shakti, Kundalini Yoga or Yoga related to Kundalini, and Kundalini Yoga Style are all different terms from each other. I have to write this because some westerners think that Kundalini Yoga or Style does something special with Kundalini energy and others do not. Almost all the Yoga, including the ones who do not Know anything about Kundalini are actually working on Kundalini. For that matter all people who are doing any serious intellectual work, such as research on Atom Bombs are all working on Kundalini. The unfortunate part is that they are Mis-Using it.
