Subject: Teaching Yoga

I have been practicing yoga for about a year now and have completely transformed my lifestyle. I thoroghly enjoy practicing but lately I have not had the money to attend my usual session. However I have just been offered a position teaching at a local apartment complex once a week. I begin in three weeks and need any kind of advice on teaching and working with others. I am 23 years old, and fairly familiar with the basics of yoga, but would like help on how to convey these beliefs and ideas to others.
THanks for any help
Namaste

Really, listen to your intuition and trust yourself. It's good to always be a little nervous. As long as you know that you don't always have all the answers, and that you are teaching something you love, it is really conveyed and people are always drawn to authenticity.

Good luck.
