| In looking at various teacher training courses I became very interested in the Forrest Method, and would like to know if anyone done this. I'm intrigued by the fact that a therapist is required to continue in the program and would love to hear anyone's first-hand account of the training. Thanks.

| I have not done it, but know people who have taken workshops with her.
Her work is very well-respected.
I've had cause to correspond with several of her teachers over using their photos for my site. They're very nice about responding quickly. You might try going to her site and talking with them. I'm sure they'd be happy to talk.
I note that her teachers seldom change. IOW, her turnover seems to be low. I do see them travelling, giving workshops and things with more frequency over the years. I think this seems to speak well of their comfort level with her and what they're learning.
I'd love to hear about this training if you do end up taking it!

| Thanks. I will look into that. A studio in town is hosting their training this summer. I'm planning on going to the public workshop to check it out. I"ll let you konw how it goes. |

| I think that's definitely the way to go. Is the workshop just before the TT? I wonder if you'd be able to get in registering so close?
Around here, the whisper of her offering a training would sell it out. We're blessed to have yoga everywhere you turn your head, but in turn, interesting and exciting stuff sells out quickly.
I look forward to your review.

| The workshop is part of the teacher training - sort of a student teaching for the newbies I believe. No further information available on that yet, but she's in town for a retreat of sorts in May, and it looks like there's some sort of weekend workshop right before or after. Wish me luck getting in! |
