Subject: help me for my growth

hi i m 20yr old i m very tenced now a days cause of the non growth of my penus.its groth is stoped.I wanna see it more long
any one can tell me any exercise of yoga and some food. that it continue its growth.I dont beleve on medicines.
Believe i m really worried about it

I am sorry that you feel tense about the size of your penis. I personally think there is way too much emphasis on this aspect of the male anatomy. I think there are many factors determining how "pleasing" a man is or isn't. But, I transgress, as this isn't a yoga discussion.

I would say this - the more you take care of yourself the better person you will be all around. You are more than just the size of your penis - do not forget that.

As far as yoga goes, I have not heard of anything related to the subject, so I am afraid that I am not much help! But maybe someone else will.

I wish you luck and happiness in who you are - inside and out.
