Subject: Yoga after a car accident

Hello!

I was involved in a car accident 9 months ago. I have been seeing a physical therapist and chiropractor up to 3 times each week, but I still have loss of range of motion in my neck and back. I have soreness, not pain. Can yoga help with this?

Doing yoga may indeed help - however, if you are working doctors - I would check to make sure that they are ok with your doing yoga.  You wouldn't want to re-injure yourself.

I would recommend trying something gentle and concentrated on form, like Iyengar yoga.

Namaste
