Does anyone know of a training center in Minnesota or Iowa? I am interested in becoming a certified yoga instructor. Thanks for your help.

Look at http://www.Anusara.com for their workshops and teacher training.
I happen to know John Friend is coming into both areas this year and he is an experience that every yogi should have. His energy is phenominal.

The Anusara program is also extremely thorough. There is no doubt that when you are done with this program, you not only know your stuff, but you are no longer a danger to your students.

Be choosy about the program you select. Money is obviously a factor, but don't make it the DECIDING factor. You get, learn and are what you pay for all too frequently.

Enjoy yourself and learn for the joy of it.

Christine
