i want to learn iyenger yoga. i live in patel nagar,delhi,india. which is the nearest centre from my house,thankyou.

i already done a major surjery in head (ceribral hemerage). according to that there must be some difficulties. means fits may be come in yearly onece. what about yoga. i already did yoga in my child hood. through yoga i can complete fits or not

there is no need of fits to come yearly or monthly or whatever. If the fits come, means the problem is such that you have to deal with it, or try to solve it. My suggestion is take up a deep relaxation practice (see Relaxation for meditation on www.authenticyoga.org_, and then may be develop some meditation. Use Hathayoga to develop body strength, giving more importance to Relaxation. Also, take more rest than what you are doing now. But, if the problem does not disappear, just find a means to deal with it, for example if you know when fits are approaching, go into prayer, etc.
