Yoga can certainly help you maintain during anxiety attacks. It's made me much calmer and able to deal with daily stress on a more even keel.

There is no question that this is related to your metabolism. You must improve the Nutrition, I mean Food Intake, Digestion, and also Elimination. Actually, you are already doing elimination. Subject: About Anxiety Attacks


Anxiety is a condition of Mind, though it may ultimately show up in the Body. Spirit never gets anxiety. So, you should give max importance to Mental Peace what is called as Meditation. Good amount of importance to Body, because you need body for most of your activities. And, if you wish to come out of anxiety completely, there is only one way, that is Spiritual Life.

Answer: I think you mean tired and not tied. Confirm. If your eyes are tired, these things must be done: a) do not use eyes too much, meaning give them rest. try to get knowledge through ears if someone can read out to you. b) improve the diet a lot. c) if there is a pain in eyes, do NOT do any eye exercise, including yoga exercise.

hello!........if your eyes are tired.......you should get plenty of rest, meditation, and sleep.........and if they look bubbly, put a warm tea bag (green tea) works pretty good... on each eye while laying down, for about 15min........u will feel alot better........
