i took a class in NY for the first time in a long time and felt great afterwards. yoga does wonders for me. i just turned 50 and it is really rejuvenating. i need to do it more often

Good for you!! Yoga is a great way to keep the body supple and the mind clear and as we get older our inactive muscles begin to contract and we end up feeling stiff and less agile. Good luck with your fitness routine and I hope you continue to feel great.

I am not sure about your level of experience but if you are interested in supplementing your class workout, there is a great selection videos in our Yoga Catalog including "Yoga for the Young at Heart" and "Gentle Yoga" which may interest you.
