Subject: KIDNEY DISEASE

Hello. I have chronic kidney disease, I do not require dialysis or kidney transplant yet. What are some good mantras and asanyas to help my condition?

i also have a similar problem . I have been advised to do dhanur asan, sarvang asan, bhadra asan and mandook asan

Equally important to know first is what you are currently doing about this, what is the nature of your disease, etc.
