Subject: overweight


Hello, I am interested in the exercises that I can do to loose some weight. I am 4ft 10ins and I weigh 140 lbs. I feel terrible and i am about to get married in 6 months I want to get very slim. I admire slim girls, especially those doing yoga. I also want to benefit from stress relief and to relax my mind.

Angela,
The good thing about yoga is it helps you to become friends with your body. To learn to appreciate it and to love it. It also helps you to lose weight by the actual physical exercise of it, but the main benefit is the getting in touch with the "real" you. I hope you can find a qualified teacher in your area (?) so that you can begin your journey and find wholeness and wellness. Good luck in your marriage.

I want to know about lossing wieght from yoga by excersises.
please help me . I am living in Iran and there is no classes
in our city , no book no video etc. I really need more informations.
