im suffering from wind tummy ,please give me some points to cure it from doing yoga i want to start doing it, thanks

WHENEVER I DO SOME DEEP BREATHING I ADD PEPPERMINT OIL & CAMOMILE OIL TO MY DIFFUSSER OR IN MY ELECTRIC POTPOURRI. AND BREATH IN AND BREATH OUT ALSO LYING ON YOUR BACK WITH A CHAIR IN FRONT WERE YOU CAN RAISE YOUR LEGS, ADDING 2 TO 3 BOOKS ON YOUR BELLY (NOT TOO HEAVY) WILL HELP. IF THIS DOESN''T HELP.. WB.

Yoga is a great way to massage the intestines thus helping to eleviate wind tummy.
You also want to pay attention to food combining. Improper combing can lead to alot of gas.
Good food combining: vegetable/starch
vegetable/meat
fruit alone
Bad combining: starch/meat
vegetable/fruit
Don't want to drink liquids w/meals, again it makes your stomach work harder to digest food. Either drink 15 minutes before meal or wait at least 1 hour after meal.

Wind releiving pose, twists, forward bends and inverted postures are all good. Kriyas like Khapalabhati and nauli are especially potent especially with extensions and pumps. Nice to do with warm lemon water with a bit of honey.
