Dear and most respected Teachers, though I'm not a teacher my self, I need help. No other Fourms have helped me, this may sound almost silly, but while doing yoga I've run in to a problem, Though I am only 5 ft my Cup size is a DD and my chest gets in the way during almost all poses, I was wondering if there is a modified yoga routine or type of yoga you could recomend.
Thank You Very Much
Mena

Go to yoga journal's web site and look for "ask an expert" I believe I saw that question there answered by yoga teachers.
I hope this helps you good luck! Aggie

Also check out the new book 'The womens book of Yoga and Health' by Linda Sparrowe and Patricia Walden. I remember reading modifications of postures for different requirements.
