MD wear resistant multistage centrifugal pump These configurations are indispensable!

MD wear-resistant multistage centrifugal pump is highly efficient, energy-saving, wear-resistant and reliable, and has a long service life. It is especially suitable for mine drainage. It pumps mine water and other similar liquids with a volume concentration of no more than 1.5% solid particles, and the liquid temperature is no higher than 80 ?.

The existing multi-stage centrifugal pumps are generally designed with the one-dimensional theory for conveying clean water. Our company pumps coal water containing solid particles for the wear-resistant multi-stage centrifugal pumps used in coal mines. Two phase flow design theory is added to improve the pump suction performance and hydraulic design, which improves the pump suction head, reduces the impact wear of coal water in the pump, and can effectively convert energy, thus improving the pump efficiency and prolonging the service life of the pump.

MD wear-resistant multistage centrifugal pump is a sectional horizontal multistage pump. The suction port is horizontal and the discharge port is vertical. The pump is directly driven by the prime mover through the coupling. The pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the prime mover end.

MD type pump is mainly composed of stator, rotor, bearing and shaft seal:

1. The stator is mainly composed of suction section, middle section, discharge section, guide vane, etc. Each section is clamped with tension bolts to form a working chamber.

2. The rotor part is mainly composed of shaft, impeller, balance disc and shaft sleeve. The shaft transmits power to the impeller to make it work. The balance disc is used to balance the axial force. Both ends of the shaft are equipped with replaceable shaft sleeves to protect the shaft.

3. There are two types of bearings: rolling bearing and sliding bearing. One is that rolling bearing is mainly composed of bearing body, bearing and bearing gland, which are lubricated with grease. The other is that sliding bearing is mainly composed of bearing body, bearing cover, bearing pad, dust-proof disc, oil level gauge, oil slinger, etc., which are lubricated with thin oil.

4. The shaft seal adopts the packing seal, which is mainly composed of the seal box, packing and water retaining ring on the water inlet section and the packing box. The liquid in the sealing chamber plays the role of water seal, water cooling and water lubrication, and the water seal water comes from the pressure water in the pump.

Performance parameters of MD wear resistant multistage centrifugal pump:

The motor drives the impeller to rotate through the pin coupling direct pump. The blades in the impeller force the liquid to rotate, work on the liquid, and increase its energy. Under the centrifugal force, the liquid is thrown out around the impeller. The speed energy is converted into pressure energy through the guide vane flow channel. The liquid is collected and flows into the next stage impeller through the guide vane. Repeat the above impeller working process. When the liquid in the impeller is thrown out, The pressure in the impeller inlet is lower than that in the inlet pipe. New liquid is sucked into the impeller under the effect of this pressure difference, and the liquid continuously flows out of the pump.
