1. Since the cooling and lubrication of the magnetic pump bearing depend on the conveyed medium, it is prohibited to run without load, and avoid the time and space load running caused by restart after power failure during work.

2. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen shall be added at the pump inlet; if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter shall be added.

3. The ambient temperature of the pump in use shall be less than 40 ?, and the temperature rise of the motor shall not exceed 75 ?.

4. The conveyed medium and its temperature shall be within the allowable range of pump materials. The service temperature of engineering plastic pump is less than 60 ?, and that of metal pump is less than 100 ?.

Convey liquid without hard particles and fibers with suction pressure no more than 0.2MPa, large working pressure 1.6MPa, density no more than 1600Kg / m3 and viscosity no more than 30X10-6m2 / S.

5. If the delivery liquid is a medium easy to precipitate and crystallize, it should be cleaned in time after use and the accumulated liquid in the pump should be drained.

6. After the magnetic pump operates normally for 1000 hours, the bearing and end face moving ring shall be disassembled and inspected for wear, and the wearing parts that are not suitable for reuse shall be replaced.
What about vacuum pump oil emulsification?
