Self flushing means that a thin pipeline is led from the pump outlet to the pump chamber after passing through the sealing surface or to the inlet through piping, or a pumping ring (such as a small impeller) is set in the sealing chamber to circulate the sealing liquid, which is used to warm the clean liquid that is below 80 ? and does not contain particles; For the flushing liquid with high temperature, it can be added to the cooler and enter the sealing surface after cooling. For the liquid containing particles, it can be added to the filter to remove the particles and then enter the sealing surface.
There are generally four self flushing functions:
1? Flushing function, flushing impurities between the friction between the moving ring and the stationary ring;
2? For lubrication, a layer of liquid film is kept between the sealing faces for lubrication;
3? Cooling effect: take away the heat generated by friction between moving ring and stationary ring during working time, reduce the temperature of sealing elements, and extend the service life of seals;
4? Sealing function: prevent the air outside the pump from leaking into the pump to play a sealing role.
