If there is still oil inside, please turn the pump upside down to let the oil inside out into a container and observe whether the oil contains water, If there is water in the oil, it means that the waterproof mechanical seal needs to be replaced.
The method to replace the waterproof mechanical seal is as follows: first remove the fixing screws at the water outlet of the submersible pump and remove the water outlet, then remove the impeller screws, find a rectangular wood, put one end on the bottom of the impeller, and use a hammer to knock down the upper end of the square wood with a hammer to lift the impeller down, and then remove the three bolts of the oil chamber cover plate and remove the cover plate to see the relevant parts of the mechanical seal, Before removing the mechanical seal, remember the installation sequence of the mechanical seal. It is recommended to take photos and archive them. After removing the old mechanical seal, install the new mechanical seal in the correct sequence, and then install the cover plate of the oil chamber according to the removal sequence, fill the oil chamber with transformer oil, and then install the impeller and water outlet.
