1) : reasons for rapid wear and tear of the pump: poor construction conditions (large particles), long escort interval, long water inlet pipe. Treatment methods: change the battlefield, increase the pressurization device, shorten the length of the water inlet pipe, and reduce cavitation.
2) : reasons for rapid wear of impeller Journal: low head of high-pressure pump, wrong packing position, divergence between pump shaft and rear cover. Treatment method: replace the high-pressure pump higher than the head of mud pump, replace the packing and adjust the degree of alignment.
3) : cause of pump vibration: the pump shaft and diesel engine (or motor) are in different centers, the impeller is unbalanced, and the bearing is damaged. Treatment method: adjust the concentricity, conduct balance test on the impeller, and replace the bearing.
4) : reasons for low outlet pressure and flow: there is air in the pump, the gap between the impeller and the front cylinder liner is large, the separator is closed loose, and the impeller or cylinder liner is worn. Treatment: discharge the gas in the pump, adjust the clearance, adjust the clearance of the separator friction plate, and replace the impeller or lining plate.
5) : the reason for the slow water filling of the pump: the gap between the front lining plate and the impeller is large, the outlet pipe cannot seal the air, and the air is completely emptied. Treatment method: adjust the gap, adjust the outlet pipe and vacuum device.
6) : the reason why the pump does not absorb water: the water is insufficient, the air in the pump cannot be discharged, the suction pipe leaks, and the gap between the front lining plate and the impeller is too large. Treatment method: water continuously, check whether the pipeline leaks, and adjust the gap between the impeller and the front lining plate.
