At the same time, according to the needs of users, it can be made into a high-temperature pump, which is suitable for conveying hot water, high-temperature corrosive chemical pumps and oil pumps.

Measures to be maintained during the use of the pump:

1. The pipeline is full of liquid, and it is forbidden to pump for a long time under cavitation condition;

2. Regularly check the current value of the motor, which shall not exceed the rated current of the motor;

3. After long-term operation of the pump, when the noise and vibration of the unit increase due to mechanical wear, the pump should be stopped for inspection, and the vulnerable parts and bearings can be replaced when necessary. The overhaul period of the unit is generally one year.

4. Mechanical seal lubrication should be clean and free of solid particles;

5. It is strictly forbidden to work the mechanical seal under the condition of dry grinding.

6. Before starting, the pump should be turned for several rounds to prevent the graphite ring from being broken and damaged due to sudden starting;

7. The allowable difference of seal leakage is 3 drops / minute. Otherwise, it should be checked.
