When the practice started in India, it was religion based, but it's got so far removed from that, and people have no idea what they are chanting about or what it means. I think religion should be eliminated from yoga in the West. There are some temples where you can go to to study religious Buddhism, but as far as yoga, it should not be considered a spiritual practice. People have no idea what they are saying, just repeating stuff that is meaningless to them.

Yoga from the hinduism , the most the BUDDA people are doing Yoga ...
