Every person in this world makes mistakes and learns from mistakes. Human being makes mistakes but they should learn to take lessons from their mistakes and never repeat it gain. Another quality that one should possess is confess the mistake. Many times many people look up to you for inspiration and in such cases if you share your experiences with them, you will only get more respect in their eyes and help them learn better. Every one has some such story to share be it your yoga teacher, colleague, leader, etc. their confessions help their followers to avoid committing a similar mistake. To further speak on this, read the confession of a yoga instructor who learned from his mistakes and decided to share it with others. This is an experience using the ‘Tingshas’. These are like mini-chimes and is used to get wake up one from meditation or ‘Savasana’. This instructor shares his experience with this little tool in his sessions. He said that he has used Tingshas earlier. He knows how to use it. He says that the two discs of the Tingshas need to be kept apart so that they do not touch each other and later tapped together slowly. Once while his students were practicing the Savasana in his session, he accidentally picked up the Tingshas with one hand. The disc hit each other and instead of the soothing sound it made a ferocious sound. The sound disturbed the students in the Savasana. He said he quickly

tried to hold it so that it stops making sound but it was too late and the students were out of their Meditation retreats in a wrong manner with the unpleasing sound. However, his students were patient and it brought a smile on their faces. But he learned a lesson and would never repeat the same mistake again. This is a very simple incident but the instructor confessed it so that next time when someone uses a Tingshas they are careful about it.
