Subject: Kriya yoga and Shailendra Sharma

Hi everyone!
I'm surprised that on this site I don't see a theme devoted to Kriya Yoga. Does anyone knows something about it and particularly about one of the gurus who practices Kriya Yoga - Shailendra Sharma? By the way, this is his site - www.shailendrasharma.org.
I really want to discuss this subject with anyone who knows anything about it! I need to here your opinion, because I want to practice exactly this type of yoga and I need an advice.

This is one of Shailendras techniques.....

Khechari-mudra

Khechari-mudra – is a yoga practice which is performed by placing the tongue above the soft palate and stretching it into the nasal cavity and further, to the area between eyebrows. This practice helps to awaken spiritual energies of the body. According to Abhinavagupta (approx. 950 – 1020 AD), khecari mudra is «the stance of moving or flying through the void of the supreme consciousness». This mudra is also described in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika.

.........not sure what I think about this and the other claims he makes on his site....

And I am always a little suspicious of "gurus"who are wearing lots of jewelry and a rolex..............
