| Hi,
I'm a long-time Ashtangi now living in the New Haven area
and since there is no shala in town (Valerie Schneiderman's
studio is the only one in the state - she is absolutely wonderful but I can't get there every morning), I am doing self-practice and want to invite other Ashtangi's to come and practice with me. Contact me at ashtangi at gmail dot com (ashtangi@gmail.com) if you are just passing through town and want
to practice - or if you happen to live here and would like to practice
together on some sort of regular basis.
