Funny how people come here and ask questions that are so important that they have to be discussed in a public forum. Then they don't make themselves clear and fail to ask the right way. And then they don't come back for many days to check on the answers. Question/problem was probably not that important after all

i believe what she is trying to say is that she is not into all the parties. and she doesn't want to go. so it is getting to where is stresses her out, because he is always wanting to party.

Yeah, I figured that. But still, in that case she has to sit down and get her feelings straight. Is that guy the right boyfriend for her? Does she want to stay longer in that relationship? Is she maybe just a bitch? To answer that questions for herself all she needs is common sense, not yoga.
Okay, yoga can help to release stress. It'll help you focussing your thoughts on the problem but it will definatley not deliver the solution. It's a tool not a manual how to fix your problems. That girl - even after 20 years of yoga - will have to think for herself. Like everyone.
This is not a forum for relationship problems. It's about yoga! So to describe your psychological problem here makes no sense. If she just wanted to know if yoga can help her to be more relaxed and sensitive the answer is yes.
