It is so important that you take care of yourself in this season.

How can you slow down, simplify, and enjoy the holidays more?
Are you remembering the basics that you do to take care of yourself like eating well, exercising, spending relaxation time? What does it mean to eat well for you and what do you need to avoid to feel well? What sorts of exercise do you do and what would you like to do?

I would like to eat less sugar, less refined wheat flour, and more whole grains and vegetables. I need to say no the the Nutella spread beconing me from the cupboard.

I like yoga, rollerblading, going to a gym occasionally, dancing, walking, using a cross-country machine, and exercising to tapes. I have a child so getting time or making time to exercise is tricky. It makes my body, especially my back feel great. All of me feels relaxed and there is less tension. I would like to go for a walk in the woods more often.
I am trying to declutter and clean rooms in preparation for holidays with guests coming, and that feels like a wonderful accomplishment. I hope to keep it up.

What about yourself? What are you doing?

I recently quit smoking and kind of replaced it with yoga I have had an easy time not smoking. I have acctually had many benefits from doing yoga. My monthly time has been much easier, I have more energy, and my thinking has become much deeper and more clear. I can't wait to reap the long term effects in every way.
