Thanks for the link, itchytummy. I'm inspired to check out the new studios! For the record, I don't trust anyone who says they only sleep 1-2 hours a night. That kind of consecutive lack of sleep makes a person crazy. Or, maybe you-know-who was lying about his fortified energy level. Or not. I predict Bikram will evolve and get even better. Look at how many Bikram teachers (current & former) responded witht their wisdom and experience to the initial post! This is tremendous feedback.

I really appreciate the honesty of this site. Finally I feel like I can ask quesions & question "authority" without anyone flipping out & getting defensive.

Cheers! Fifi

Just don't bring up politics Fifi and there won't be any ranting and raving.

Hello again,

For all of ya'll that do Bikram in Las Vegas there is a new studio opening Dec. 6th on Durango, near Desert Inn. (Thanks to JackieCat!). The website to the new studio is www.bikramyogalv.com.

Oh, you might want to add "aol" to bikramyogalv.com for it to work. I'm not the most savvy computer user...F

Looking at the pictures on the web site, it looks a whole lot nicer than that dump on Highland.
