Hi, all
I am budgeting more closely so I am going to move my Bikram practice home, at least
part of the time. I emiled someone on the Bikram website regarding buying a tape/CD.I received no answer ( it's been 5 or 6 days). How can I get a copy of the tape or CD?
Thank you,

No DVD is available at this time. However, you can purchase a audio tape of the beginner's series on bikram.com. I think he just release the CD verion of the beginner's series.
