 Hi! I just wanted to share with all of you a side effect of stretching in the heat. I had a cyst in the middle of my chest. My doctor wanted to operate. However, I thought that practicing backbends more often could help and stretch the area that was holding the sebacious fluid. And it did. After 1 week of backbends twice a day, the cyst is gone. But here is the best part...the doctor is not convinced. He thinks it might be soemthing else... Namaste, Namrata | |||
