Hi,
Bishnu Ghosh is Bikram's teacher and the core of Ghosh's yoga program are the 84 Classic Asanas handed down from many generations of yogis to us today. Bikram picked his series from among the 84. Tony Sanchez, arguably Bikram's most illustrious student has created materials, posters and videos, that start with a beginner's series and advance through to the full 84 plus variations. Yoga.com does not carry posters, nor do they have these videos so we are not in direct competition with them and I thought folks here might like to know about these products. If the moderator says it is OK, I will post a link to where these items can be found.
Here is an image of the 84 Classic Poster

Peace,
Yogeshvara

Dunno if a pm is needed (apologies if so), but Sanchez's web site
is this: http://www.usyoga.org

BTW, I have the cool poster & I practiced that series every week for more
than a year. It's fun.

Here's a link for videos etc http://yogalifestyle.com/yogacds.htm
The link for the USYoga site is good too, ( I do all the fulfillment for the site) and it will show you all of Tony's things without the clutter of other posters, videos etc....

Sure, as long as it's not juice, a power drink, an energy drink or anything else besides plain water in a plastic container (no ice).
