Someone please motivate me to go to yoga after work today instead of playing World of Warcraft. I haven't even lifted weights since I installed this game. I have played 20 hours online since wednesday. I have busted my butt to lose 30 lbs, then another great game has to come along and reverse all my hard work! The other crappy thing about ditching yoga is that I just dropped 125 bux on a monthly card.

Get your butt out of the chair and go do your yoga. The game will still be there
when you get back, and you will feel so good that you will play better. If you keep
sitting there, your skill level will drop and you won't do as well. You'll get sleepy
and have to quit soon as well.

and you will feel so good that you will play better.

This may be true, I may have more clarity for my next gaming session.

Yes I do play warcraft 3 as well. And I agree it's a great game.

Yes bruce, that does help.

Sometimes it's hard to get motivated.

Well, I ended up starting a Shaman and getting him to level 8. But I'm going to Yoga after work today for sure! I promise. In fact I have to because on wednesday i have to drop my fiancee off at the airport and will miss my class.

Make a deal with yourself...2 hours on the game for every 1 hour on the mat. No yoga, no game.

Hmm, that's like 4 classes just to make up for my 12hour marathon gaming session I had on saturday...

Maybe I just have to print pictures of my 'beefier' self and stick them beside my computer with word balloons that say, "Do you REALLY want to end up like ME?". or "No pain, No game!".

I got in the van to go to yoga last night and the **** thing wouldn't start. Luckily I had a charged battery and cables in the back and got it going. Glad to finally make it to a class, it felt great.

Yes, Wulfheir, sometimes it's hard to get enough motivation to get your butt up and go to class. But, as you have noticed, that's exactly when you have the best classes. I for example felt completely down and badly unmotivated after this morning's very frustrating "stiff yoga" class but when I actually was on the mat again for evening class I had a quite satisfying session. Would've been a shame if I had missed it. Now I even feel motivated enough to go again tomorrow morning, even if I'm flexible like your famous canadian maple tree then. Maybe I can manage to become a rather flexible tree
