Subject: Emotions

Hi
I hope someone is well-known with this.

I felt five years ago an energy flow from my lowest chakra until my neck and stopped there.
And slowly I felt the energy flowing over the right and left cheek, coming together between the eyebrows and then it spread in my head. I felt here and there in my head a pressure, sometimes on the top of my head.
What then happened was so strange for me. I began to feel the emotions from others.
And it is bothering me, particular those in my heads, it sometimes feels like exploding. There is an immense pressure in my head and it doesn't feel good.
I thought I'm blocked in that area and with the time it will go away. But it doesn't, it gets worse.
I wonder what can help to avoid feeling others emotions? Is there a way back? Or is it going to stay for ever? I don't like it.
Has anyone experienced the same thing?
And what could help you to avoid this?

Thank you for your advise.

Hello Lily,

I'm replying to you a bit late. My apologies.

It would be most helpful to know what led to this five years ago. If it was practice-based then the details would be very important to know. I'll hold off on offering any direction until you provide additional details. If this has resolved on its own please let "us" know.

Hi Gordon,
thx for your answer.
It has nothing to do with yoga-practice and it is still the same.

So i still hope that someone knows how i can handle this.
