| It is so irritating to wait for a long time to build up your body muscles. I have really tried a lot and even very hard but have been unsuccessful to build my muscles. Please tell me, are there any proven ways to develop body muscles? Please reply I am waiting for your replies.

| Patience is a virtue. It is one many of us have yet to cultivate.
Let go of irritation. Life is too short for such things.
Find things in which you can enjoy the process rather than the outcome. Shift your focus to human being rather than human doing. If you are craving muscles it would be incredibly beneficial, in the yoga context, to examine that craving very thoroughly.
Pragmatically speaking, there are ways to build muscle in the human body. There are also variables like genetics, body type, and so on. What I suggest is that you look comprehensively at the ways in which you are living AND how those ways are or are not supporting your goal. For example you want to build muscle..but are you going to bed at a reasonable hour (9pm) and getting a full night's sleep? Are you eating ONLY those things which support your goal or are you bringing things into your body that counter your stated purpose? How are you spending your leisure time? Are you walking or watching television? reading or talking on the phone?
Building muscle is very simple. Weight training in a proper way and eating in a proper way. Find a strength program that you can believe in and follow, change the routines every 6 weeks, work very hard but not to the point of injury, commit to doing these things daily, and learn what eating habits support muscle growth. |

| if you remain detached from the 'roid rage and bulging biceps, taking steroids could act as a powerful tool on the yogic path. |

| Hard work, dedication and diet are all key to building muscle. Having a good training partner also helps. |
