| Someone posted a link to a website page that talked about the 3 breath meditation that one could do throughout the day. But alas, I cant seem to find it. So if anyone could locate that link for me I'd really appreciate it.

| I don't know the particular link, but I think you want "3-part breath" rather than "3 breath". This might help you google it... |

| It's just a link to an article on a site that explains about these short three breath meditations that one can do throughout the day. Example: You arrive at work and before you get out of your car you can do a quick meditaion which is only 3 breaths long, then continue to work. One can do as many of these short meditations throughout the day as they want. And yes, I did try to google it. |
